O ato foi gravado em v\u00eddeo e ocorreu na v\u00e9spera do segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O relator da a\u00e7\u00e3o, o ministro Gilmar Mendes, argumentou que a a\u00e7\u00e3o da deputada foi criminosa e n\u00e3o encontra amparo no Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito. O ministro tamb\u00e9m pediu a perda do mandato parlamentar de\u00a0Zambelli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O relator foi acompanhado pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes e pela ministra C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia. \u00a0O julgamento em plen\u00e1rio virtual vai at\u00e9 28 de mar\u00e7o e ainda faltam os votos de 8 ministros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A defesa de\u00a0Zambelli\u00a0sustentou que ela detinha porte da arma, sem qualquer restri\u00e7\u00e3o. Afirma ainda que a deputada reagiu ap\u00f3s ser insultada e pediu que fosse declarada improcedente a den\u00fancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carla\u00a0Zambelli\u00a0foi condenada em janeiro com a perda do mandato de deputada pelo TRE de S\u00e3o Paulo por uso indevido dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e abuso do poder pol\u00edtico.
