A autoridade monet\u00e1ria alertou contra um falso aplicativo oferecido por an\u00fancios na rede social Facebook que promete a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de valores a receber.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1568719&amp;o=node\" \/>A consulta de valores e o pedido de resgate s\u00e3o feitos exclusivamente pelo\u00a0<em>site<\/em>\u00a0do Banco Central, sem exigir o pagamento de taxas, como ocorre no an\u00fancio. O acesso ao sistema &#8211; onde pode ser pedida a retirada de valores &#8211; exige conta n\u00edvel prata ou ouro (de maior seguran\u00e7a) no Portal Gov.br.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em nota, o BC esclareceu que, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o existir o aplicativo, n\u00e3o envia links, nem e-mails a correntistas. \u201cO Banco Central alerta que n\u00e3o envia e-mails nem links. Ningu\u00e9m est\u00e1 autorizado a entrar em contato com o cidad\u00e3o em nome do Banco Central ou do Sistema Valores a Receber. Al\u00e9m disso, o cidad\u00e3o n\u00e3o deve fazer qualquer tipo de pagamento para ter acesso aos valores. Caso j\u00e1 tenha sido v\u00edtima de golpe, o cidad\u00e3o deve procurar a pol\u00edcia e registrar um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia\u201d, informou o Banco Central.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m de registrar o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o consumidor deve procurar o banco ou a operadora do cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito para denunciar o golpe e pedir o estorno do valor. A v\u00edtima tamb\u00e9m deve fazer uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o contra a empresa desenvolvedora do aplicativo no Procon local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com um dizer para baixar o aplicativo e ver quanto de valor a receber est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel, o an\u00fancio \u00e9 acompanhado de um v\u00eddeo de uma reportagem de televis\u00e3o. O an\u00fancio, na verdade, exibe o trecho de uma mat\u00e9ria com imagens de uma pessoa mexendo no celular, mas a reportagem completa informa que o \u00fanico canal de consulta \u00e9 a p\u00e1gina do Banco Central.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O falso aplicativo foi retirado do ar pelo\u00a0<em>Google Play Store<\/em>.
