Os<br \/>\ndados do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (MJSP) indicam que, somente neste<br \/>\nano, 52.848 reclama\u00e7\u00f5es foram finalizadas e o segmento do mercado que obteve<br \/>\nmaior \u00edndice de solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi o de bancos, financeiras e administradoras de cart\u00e3o, com<br \/>\n10.340 registros.<br \/>\nEm segundo lugar, o setor com maior volume de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es solucionadas foi o de<br \/>\noperadoras de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (telefonia, internet e tv por assinatura), com 10.019<br \/>\nregistros. Em seguida, est\u00e1 o setor de transporte a\u00e9reo (9.938).<br \/>\nOutro indicador positivo \u00e9 que 97,45% das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos consumidores do estado<br \/>\nforam respondidas pelas empresas por meio da plataforma, entre janeiro e outubro<br \/>\ndeste ano. J\u00e1 entre os assuntos mais demandados, a lideran\u00e7a est\u00e1 com servi\u00e7o a\u00e9reo,<br \/>\nque, por sua vez, se encontra entre os cinco segmentos de mercado com maiores<br \/>\n\u00edndices de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es solucionadas no Distrito Federal.<br \/>\nEm rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao perfil de problemas registrados na plataforma, o principal ponto \u00e9 a<br \/>\ndificuldade e\/ou atraso na devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de valores pagos, reembolsos e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de<br \/>\nvalores. No Distrito Federal, os homens s\u00e3o os que mais registram reclama\u00e7\u00f5es no<br \/>\nConsumidor.gov, com 60,04%, enquanto as mulheres respondem por 39,9% das<br \/>\nnotifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<br \/>\nAo se considerar o panorama regional, no Centro-Oeste, a m\u00e9dia de solu\u00e7\u00e3o de<br \/>\nreclama\u00e7\u00f5es chega a 77%, ficando na quarta posi\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds. Nas tr\u00eas primeiras<br \/>\ncoloca\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e3o as Regi\u00f5es Norte (78,26%); Sul (78,25%) e Nordeste, com 77,41%,<br \/>\nrespectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Nacional<br \/>\nA plataforma Consumidor.gov.br permite a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre os consumidores<br \/>\ne empresas para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos sobre produtos ou servi\u00e7os adquiridos. O portal<br \/>\n\u00e9 gratuito e possibilita que os consumidores tenham a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos de forma<br \/>\nr\u00e1pida e desburocratizada.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito nacional, a m\u00e9dia de resolu\u00e7\u00f5es das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es registradas chega a<br \/>\n77,28%, segundo dados do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica. O montante de<br \/>\nprocessos finalizados \u00e9 de 6 milh\u00f5es, no per\u00edodo de junho de 2014 at\u00e9 outubro de<br \/>\n2022.<br \/>\nAs principais reclama\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o contra empresas banc\u00e1rias, operadoras de<br \/>\ntelecomunica\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte a\u00e9reo, respectivamente. Os problemas mais frequentes<br \/>\ns\u00e3o dificuldade\/atraso na devolu\u00e7\u00e3o e oferta n\u00e3o cumprida\/servi\u00e7o n\u00e3o fornecido. O<br \/>\nprazo m\u00e9dio de resposta \u00e9 de sete dias \u00fateis e o \u00edndice de resposta \u00e9 expressivo: 98%<br \/>\ndas a\u00e7\u00f5es. Atualmente, a plataforma tem 4 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios cadastrados e conta<br \/>\ncom a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 1.265 empresas.<br \/>\nComo funciona<br \/>\nNo Consumidor.gov.br, o registro de uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre, exclusivamente, a partir<br \/>\nda experi\u00eancia individual do consumidor. Por meio da plataforma, o usu\u00e1rio registra<br \/>\nsua reclama\u00e7\u00e3o e a empresa responde. Quem diz se a demanda foi respondida ou n\u00e3o,<br \/>\n\u00e9 o cidad\u00e3o, tendo em vista que o processo \u00e9 feito 100% online.<br \/>\nO primeiro passo \u00e9 verificar se a empresa est\u00e1 cadastrada no sistema do Governo<br \/>\nFederal. Ap\u00f3s esta etapa, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio registrar a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o no site e, a partir da\u00ed,<br \/>\ninicia-se a contagem do prazo de at\u00e9 10 dias para a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa.
